The Team

# Built by someone who's shipped AI products at scale.

Pencel is built by a founder who's spent a decade launching AI/ML products used by millions — now building the platform he wished he'd had.

Founder & CEO

## Bo Wang

Bo spent over a decade shipping AI/ML products used by millions — most recently as an Applied Science Manager at AWS, where he led GenAI launches announced on the re:Invent stage and built a recommendation engine that drove $200M+ in revenue. Before that, he led data science at Ford Motor Company, building its connected-vehicle analytics platform.

He's building Pencel to bring that same rigor — shipping AI that's genuinely trustworthy, not just impressive in a demo — to every business team.
