Activity

Activity (/activity) is history across every Program — a single place to look back at what's happened, instead of checking each room one at a time.

What Activity is

Where a Program's own room shows you that Program's history, Activity gives you the cross-Program view: everything your Programs did, across the whole workspace, in one reverse-chronological list.

Each line merges two kinds of history — a result a Program posted, and a run that finished (completed, failed, or cancelled) — tagged with the Program or topic it belongs to (for example "RFP Ops" or "Inbox Triage"), a title, an optional detail line, and when it happened. When there's nothing yet, Activity says so plainly: "Nothing yet. As your programs discover, file, and finish work, the full log shows up here."

Read-only, by design

Activity doesn't do anything on its own — it's a log, not a workspace. Clicking a line takes you straight to the underlying result or run so you can act on it there; Activity itself has no actions beyond that. This is a deliberate split:

• Gates and approvals → Home
• The record itself → the Program that owns it
• The history of everything → Activity
• Your task list → Home & To-dos

This is distinct from Studio → Jobs, which is the run-level detail for a specific workflow — each execution, its steps, cost, and outcome. Activity is the "what happened across my Programs" list; Jobs is the detailed run log one level under a specific workflow. See Jobs for that deeper reference.
